MTSC Solution had held 2 day In-house KPI Training for the staff. This training is joined by 17 staff from different department. This KPI training is to motivate the team to increase work performance and discover new potential of team to have a clearer company direction to move forward.
March 2022 – MTSC has been designated as a Unicomp Technology excellent partner in the year 2021 in recognition of its outstanding performance in sales and dedication.
A glam and prestige annual dinner had been held at Golden Sands Resort By Shangri-La on 21th January 2022, Friday. This event is to appreciate all the staff for the hardwork and the success of the company. The dress code for this year is dress to impress which is the colour selection is black and pink colour code. The event were attended by all the MTSC Malaysia staff as we still in pandemic situation. The event went well and everyone back with prizes on the lucky draw session.
Last week MTSC held a Sales Kick Meeting held at Hompton by the Beach on 20th January 2022. The event was attended by 18 sales and Service Support engineers from MTSC Penang, MTSC Johor and MTSC Kuala Lumpur. The theme set this year is Dream Big. Start small but Act Now.This sales kick meeting is held live with all staff from Malaysia and online with teams from abroad. After the meeting, we stay one night at Hompton by The Beach Hotel and had a wonderful dinner at David Brown Restaurant which is located at Penang Hill.
